Dear Families, Staff, and Members of the Durham Catholic Learning Community,
 
On behalf of the Durham Catholic Children’s Foundation Board of Directors, I am so pleased to welcome you back. I hope your summer offered time for rest, renewal, and moments with loved ones that lifted your spirits. It is truly a blessing to begin another school year together, grounded in faith, hope, and love.

Our mission at the Foundation is both simple and essential: to bring hope to students in need. Guided by our Catholic values, we do all we can to ensure that every student has the basic supports they need to learn and grow. When students are cared for in body, mind, and spirit, they are free to discover their gifts and become who God has called them to be.

Looking ahead, I invite you to walk alongside us in prayer, service, and community. With your generosity and encouragement, we are able to provide bursaries, offer direct help to families, and sustain important initiatives through events such as the Gala, the Fore-the-Kids Golf Classic, and the Walk for Hope.

None of this would be possible without the dedication of our staff, administrators, educators, volunteers, and donors. Your compassion is at the heart of this mission, and I am deeply grateful for it.

Every contribution, big or small, helps us make a meaningful difference in the lives of students and families across our community.
