Your donation will help the Durham Catholic Children's Foundation continue to support students and families in need. If you prefer to send a cheque by mail, please kindly complete this form and mail it to the attention of:

Your cheque must be payable to the Durham Catholic Children's Foundation.
Any donations over $25 will be eligible for a year end tax receipt.

Legacy Gift

Pay tribute to a friend or loved one's life with a gift in their memory. Your legacy gift will ensure that students in need are given supports such as clothing, food, and medical supplies so they can achieve success and meet their full potential.
